RCL Construction is a local general contractor that is fully licensed, bonded and insured serving all of the South Orange County area; specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Our pricing is by the job to give you the best pricing we can by coordinating shared services and expenditures varying on the size of each project. We provide high end quality work at reasonable pricing. Our job site are maintained clean,orderly and the projects flow smoothly with little or no disruption and always finish on or before the contracted finish date. The exception would be client initiated add-on work [addendum] that may extend the finish date. We are in constant communication with our clients whether by email or phone to let them know what is happening and when. 65% of our new work is client driven, 15% is initiated through vendor referrals and 20% is internet and media advertising. Most of our business is derived from repeat clients wishing to engage in another bathroom remodel or to redesign their kitchen and bar areas or design and build an entertainment center for their family room. We at RCL Contruction take great pride and special care in handling our client's property, contents and overall security when working on their project. For many people, the thought of having strangers work inside their home is unsettling and stressful. We know who we hire; they are the same productive and talented crews we have had for years. We do not recruit workers off the streets to assemble instant crews as some contractors are known to do within the area.
