Josh was responsive through out the entire process and his guys were on time and professional.  Josh explained that once the coating came off they may find some additional damage, which they did, but it was a reasonable fix and expected. 
I highly recommend them for this kind of work.

It went very well start to finish, a little over one week. Josh Pfohl, the owner was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the whole process. Initial bid was lower than others, but we found sub flooring was not in as good a shape as we hoped and had to be replaced.  Final cost was consistent with other bids, which may also have gone up.  They showed up promptly, worked diligently all day and left the premises neat at the end of the day.  Their workmanship was neat and precise through out the several layers of their coating.  The end result looks terrific and it has passed the rain test.  I am completely satisfied.
