I asked this company to come to my home to give me a estimated on a replacement for a cracked fixed pane window.  I sent pictures and arranged to meet the representative at 5 pm for the estimate.  They did not show up at the expected time, but called the next day stating there was some confusion and they would be out that day to give me the estimate.  I was not available but as this was a front facing window they said it would not be a problem to measure and give me an estimate without me being there.  A couple of days later the company called me and left me a message with the price of $224 plus tax, I called them back immediately and left a message that I accepted the quote and would like to schedule the installation as soon as possible.  I did not hear back but a few days later I received an email from the company trying to arrange a date to come out and measure to give me a quote?  I responded and told them you all ready gave me a quote, I accepted it, and I am waiting for the date of installation.  They emailed back saying sorry for the mix up.   One week later I called them again to find out what date they would be installing the window, I was placed on hold transfered to another person who told me they would not honor the quote they gave me..   I am not sure what is up with this compnay but professionalism, intergrety, and customer service do not seem to have relationship to this company. 

PS This week I was copied on what could only be descriped as the owner of the company shouting at his employee regarding the quote and at this point he was still asking what kind of window I had.

Glass had serious flaws, installation was incomplete with very poor workmanship. Installer (owner) was rude and hard to get a hold of. Very unprofessional business, would never recommend this company to anyone.

Anyone can have an accident, and they did. They had to put it in backwards - from the outside - as original had been. It should have dropped inside, but it blew outside before they could secure it. Over my attorney neighbor with 2 small dogs + infant all home and watching. They spent over an hour with me, realizing the gravity of the situation -digging through grass and so many dog droppings to pick up every shard that our 4 eyes could see. Then they left, and came back 2 hours later to get it in at 7:00 PM, in the dark. They worked off my schedule,(late afternoon install) and did not leave me high and dry to deal with my neighbors alone, while they ran off to get new glass to get home on their own schedules. I am sure they would never expect me to recommend them, but they rallied in a bad situation that could happen to anyone.
