Home Inspection by a General Contractor and Code Inspector with 25+ years of experience. Articulate and knowledgeable. I take time with my clients to explain my observations to those not familiar with construction methods and structural and safety issues. The report is emailed in 24 hours in most cases. The report displays photos of all deficiencies with descriptions and graphic arrows pointing to specific defects. I am realtor friendly and I do scare buyers with inflammatory rhetoric, I simply state the issues in an objective manner so that the buyer is made aware of conditions.
