Very professional tree service. Their communication was excellent. They were on time and did a terrific job cleaning up my Queen palms. They took the time to clean up nicely and the cost of the service was competitive with other quotes. I will definitely use them again as needed.

I always go to Luna Tree when I need anything done with my trees. They give me a price estimate before they do the work. They coordinate with the customer to make sure the customer is happy. They do a good job and are fair and honest. They always show up on time

From the start the Leonardo and Juan were very communicative and detailed on what the job entailed. What I enjoyed the most is that they worked with us the whole time as our plans changed several times. They also did what is best for the property and advised on what should be cut and why oppose to just cutting every tree that we wanted. It takes an experienced team to sit back and look at the entire project and see the overall approach. They are also licensed, bonded and certified arborist (Juan) which is an added plus.

Got a quote, went with alternative provider. Was happy with their process, good people and fairly priced.

The estimator arrived on time and proceeded to review with me what I was requesting. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending what should be done. I agreed to the work and the price and was told they would contact me with a recommended schedule date. I received a call later that day indicating they could do the work the following afternoon. I agreed. The workman were on time. They were friendly and discussed with me what we had agreed too. The went right to work and completed everything I wanted done very quickly. They left the area neat and clean. I was very happy with the work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree trimming.

Very responsive. Responded immediately to my request for quote, performed the estimate and left on my doorstep. I scheduled with them the next day, they arrived promptly and completed their work in a timely and professional manner. All tree debris was cleaned up. This is the 3rd different tree trimming service I have used and I will use them again!

Pruning not as radical as that done by previous company, but appearance much better. Overall result will be much more satisfactory unless regrowth happens too soon. Estimator very professional and knowledgable. Cleanup exceptional. Did have to caution them about possible breakage of large sliding glass door due to falling limbs. Price wasn't the cheapest but probably fair.

I recommend calling Luna Tree direct versus sending a message through Angie's List. I sent two message with no response, however when calling Juan directly he was very responsive, friendly, and professional. Juan is very accommodating with schedules and ultimately provides a great service, albeit expensive for two trees.

This service cost more than we paid in the past but it was worth it. The trees look better, the clean up was perfect and everyone that was here had experience with trees and landscaping.

We recently bought our house (and have a budget) and most of the landscaping needs some trimming/updating. They came out in November and walked the yard with me, explaining the type of each tree, what it takes to prune it, etc. We grew up in the Midwest and recently moved from Salt Lake City so this is our first time with California native trees. He was so thorough, explaining the kids of trees, what needed done, and what we could easily do ourselves, if we decided to go that way. He left me with a written estimate, detailing each, exact tree they would trim, what would be done, and how much each would cost. He then gave a total for all work (discounting significantly if we chose to do everything). I called to make an appointment the next day -- Juan set my appointment for December 24th but said he may be able to get us in earlier. He called Dec. 10th and they ended up coming out Dec. 12th. They came out on the 12th, on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently. We have a tight back yard & the tree was large. It was very impressive how they were able to work in our small space. They took everything out with them & left our yard looking better than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

They showed professionalism and willingness to help a potential customer even though they were not getting any business (at the moment). When I do have tree cutting and trimming issues, Luna will be my first call. It is nice working with someone who is willing to look down the road at future business.

The owner came out and walked around with me to inspect each tree and discuss what work we wanted done, then gave me a quote. A few days later the workmen came and performed the work. They did what we discussed and cleaned up afterwards.

Called for assistance with a variety of trees, several of which appear to be ill; Luna Tree Service promptly and courteously provided contact information for someone who could help, even though they don't provide the service themselves. Really appreciate a good referral.

Easy to contact - picked up first call. Needed service very quickly. Was able to arrange service in a couple of days. Provided ballpark cost range over the phone. Work performed while I wasn't home - never met or saw the company representatives. Recieved bill after my return - it was top end of estimated cost which surprised me a bit - but I had waived getting an estimate first before work performed as I was in such a hurry. Beautiful job - clean, no mess anywhere and tree was perfect.
