He was very clean and did a beautiful job for me. He didn't overcharge because I called just about everybody in the area to see what they would charge. I can't speak highly enough about him. He was really good. He worked fast and he knew what he was doing. He worked well and with great self assurance. He has been doing it for quite a while. He didn't waste my time in a whole lot of chit chattering like some people do. I had talked to a lot of them and he was the most straightforward and direct with his answers. He gave me a reasonable price right off the bat, and he was straightforward and direct. There are a lot of those who tried a bunch of stupid sales talk and tried selling me other stuff. He was the one I figured would do the best job and was honest. He was always here, and he didn't put me off and tell me that he couldn't come. He was here when he said he would be here.

They were great. They were responsive to my needs. They ordered wood that was flawed and they came and took it back. They were very good about that. They are very close to my home so I was able to go in and actually see the product. They didn't actually do any work. They couldn't get the same wood so I ordered it from someone else because I needed it right away.

This is the best flooring contractor in South Orange County. Koala Floors works with Coastal Flooring (both are brothers) and they are very, very particular. Steve at Koala Floors sold us the material and provided the labor. Andreas did the floor prep and he is so picky with filling in low spots and grinding down high spots. Coastal Flooring did the work and works for Koala Floors. Mark (the owner of Coastal) is a MASTER at his trade. Every detail is looked over with a fine-tooth comb, so to speak. The floors were done yesterday but he showed up to see if there was anything he may have missed (I doubt it).The job impeccable and perfect. No detail left to chance. I have already recommended Koala/ Coastal to everyone I know. Remodeling is a bear already but these guys are masters at what they do.
