Extreme Roofing

Roof leak from the winter rains of 2023. Jeff came to "repair" the leak which only took him an hour at most for $1000. Said he guaranteed his work and that it was only the valley leaking. Had the drywall replaced by someone he referred and he was great. Fast forward to August 2023, Tropical Storm Hillary, and guess what, same exact leak and damaging the drywall again. Called him back to fix which took an arm twisting. He came back and literally took 15 minutes to repair, I have the videos time stamped. He climbed on the roof at 732 and climbed off at 749 and said he fixed the leak again. Fast forward to January 2024 and guess what, same leak same location. Looking for a reputable roofer now. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! I'll see you in court Jeff and you will also be reported to the Lake Elsinore business bureau.

Everything went perfectly. Jeff gave me a 5 year workmanship warranty that no other company even offered.

Jeff was very easy to deal with. There were some delays because of a shortage of shingles which pushed the finish date back a few days past the contract date; and the final inspection has not been made yet. Also, have not received my receipt for the materials which I need for my energy tax credit. I'm being patient as the business owner has some personal crises to deal with. All in all I got what I expected.

Jeff quoted me with a $475 repair that he stayed with even though the leak repair was slightly more than initially expected, but he wanted to stay true to his quote. He even performed some extra work as well for no charge. And his warranty was longer than any of the other quotes that I received, which gave me a good peace of mind. Jeff is a very professional worker that has a very and quot;friendlyand quot; attitude. I would definitely use or refer Extreme Roofing to anyone in the future.

They were perfect. They were on time and professional. They got the job done quickly. After they left, they inspected it. Everything was done according to their specifications in installing all the vents. They cleaned up and did not leave a mess and they are very kind. They came under quote too.

Everything was smooth and easy from my perspective. Jeff from Extreme Roofing was out of town when I first initiated a request for an
estimate. He was always prompt. Came over and inspected our water damage inside and then inspected our roof from atop. His evaluation was thorough and won our confidence based upon his knowledge and experience. Best of all, his estimate was very reasonable.
Jeff was easy to talk to and considerate when scheduling the repair to our schedules. Once again he was prompt and performed the job in a timely manner. He needed to remove a section of tiles, replace roofing paper and re-install the tiles. He also corrected suspect areas of flashing at the chimney and skylight. That job was the main reason for his services but he gladly did some other additional tasks on the roof like re-nailing backed out nails, replaced a broken end cap, and replaced some sides that lost there position.
The only reason I'm not rating excellent on quality is that it hasn't been rain tested. Currently I'm satisfied and hopefully more satisfied next spring.

He responded quickly and was very punctual. No surprises. Identified the problem as debris build-up in roof valley causing overflow and leaking. When repair was completed, I tested the repair using water from my garden hose. However, I decided to wait to provide this review until the repair was tested with a real rainstorm. Finally (a month later) there doesn't appear to be any sign of leaks. Therefore, I am pleased with the job.

They took all the tiles off, repaperd and put the tiles back on. It was for 1/2 of our roof. It went really well. There was one little glitch and when we told them about it they came back the same day to fix the error.
