Their equipment is pretty heavy duty for all tile. They don't have middle ground so it can damage the tile.

It went quite well. They have this kind of hard sponge that they put underneath them and they aerate them so it can go under the carpet. They moved the furniture, the other half and put it back. Then put those pads under it so that it was not seating straight on a dump carpet.
They got the carpet clean which I thought will not come out clean. It was spotless when they were done.
