WICALL'S CARPETS

The work was completed on schedule and they also help to put me in touch with a company to perform the floor sealing, which this floor requires, and that worked out great too.

We liked them, we ended up using them. We went with them because we found the carpet that we liked and the price was right.

Wicall's Carpets were very nice, but just too expensive. They weren't giving me very many choices when I told them what I was looking for.

I would use this company in the future.

The install took a little longer then I expected and they forgot both times to call me with arrival times but overall I didn't have a problem with the price or the result. With my new tenants having three dogs I am sure I will be calling Wicalls again when they move out.

I was delighted to find Wicall's, a large flooring showroom and warehouse in Santa Clarita. I was looking for a store to provide multiple types of flooring. I wanted a new a wood floor in my living room, linoleum floor in my kitchen and laundry room, and tile in my master bathroom. Lisa (the owner) helped me through everything! I initially was looking at plain materials, which is what I have always had in my house. Lisa suggested other items I had never considered. Wow! She has a great eye for style! She had samples of various flooring actually installed in the store. The nice part was that the installer who was going to install at my house was the same installer that installed her showroom floor. It gave me a good idea of the quality of both the product and installation. I selected a distressed wood (never heard of it before I saw it in the entry of the store), Congoleum linoleum (very sturdy vinyl), and Alterna vinyl tile (looks like ceramic, but warmer on bare feet -I would never have thought to get a dark floor, but again, saw samples and tried it... it's gorgeous!!!). Rich, the installer, was the one that installed ALL the materials. He did a fantastic job. He is nice, courteous and professional. He got right to work, and was respectful of the house and those of us in the house. He was on time and did an outstanding job installing all of the materials. This was a great experience. Wicalls staff are honest, professional and friendly. I haven't had any problems at all with the materials or the installation.

They are an established company and it's not too big. They have been in our community for sometime and they provide high quality service. They have good staff.
