EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A MONTH TO REPAIR WE GOT REGULAR UPDATES ON WHAT HAD BEEN ATTEMPTED AND WHAT WAS NOT WORKING. THEY DID NOT GIVE UP ON THE PROBLEM AND THE TV CONTINUES TO WORK TODAY.
