 + -1 moreEVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A MONTH TO REPAIR WE GOT REGULAR UPDATES ON WHAT HAD BEEN ATTEMPTED AND WHAT WAS NOT WORKING. THEY DID NOT GIVE UP ON THE PROBLEM AND THE TV CONTINUES TO WORK TODAY.
Description of Work: OUR BIG SCREEN TV REFUSED TO TURN ON AND REMAIN ON. THE REMOTE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE THE PROBLEM. VIDEO DOCTOR CAME OUR NEXT DAY AND TOOK THE CIRCUIT BOARD.

 + -1 moreHAD WE NOT SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE WHO TOLD US THE TRUTH, WE WOULD HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX A T.V. THAT WAS NOT BROKEN. VIDEO DOCTOR CLEARLY TRIED TO RIP US OFF.
Description of Work: WE BROUGHT IN OUR TELEVISION TO BE REPAIRED. NO WORK WAS ACTUALLY PERFORMED, THANKFULLY, BECAUSE THERE WAS REALLY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. HOWEVER, VIDEO DOCTOR TOLD US THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT.
