Brian took over from our previous pool service company early this year. There was a constant lack of communication and it was clear that this was not a business we could rely on. After leaving chlorine tabs on the bottom of our pool and spa that permanently stained the surface and filters never being cleaned out properly we fired Brian. We then posted a review on yelp expressing our dissatisfaction with his poor and dishonest service and his lack of professionalism. After intimidation failed, Brian then began to attack our private business which he had had no previous dealings with and started placing false reviews in our yelp page... While yelp continues to remove these reviews, Brian continues his attacks in the hopes we will remove our review from his page. I caution any potential or current customers from doing business with a man that lacks any moral or ethical compass and whose business is built upon a farce and maintained through threats and intimidation.

So glad we Brian! He is very professional, quick response to my crazy questions and improved our pool chlorine immediately. We recommend him highly!!!!

Our pool suddenly turned green on us and after quickly going on HomeAdvisor to find a few quotes, Brian responded to the quickest and over the phone explained in detail what needed to be done and the options. He then even showed up the same day and instantly showed what needed to be done and that he could start right away. Plus, he offered a great competitive rate! He is very knowledgeable and professional and a straight-shooter.
