I recently used John's services again. This time it was to install a gas line to the pool heater. I had serval quotes and several suggestions for the "best" way to install it. John was the last person I called, I had actually called him for a recommendation as I thought it was not what he usually does. His quote was slightly higher than the others, however, he presented an option that none of the other plumbers could offer. He performed the job trench-less by drilling a horizontal hole under the concrete. By doing so, he didn't have to rip up a bunch of concrete and landscape. So going back to cost, I think it is a nets out or even saved some money this way as we didn't have to deal with a bunch of trench aftermath. This wasn't a small job and it wasn't cheap either so you have to put a lot of trust in the person doing the work. I put my trust and confidence in John and his team and they delivered.

This company is amazing. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and goes beyond to help a client out. They use trenchless pipe installation technology that saves a lot of money. They installed a 70 foot sewer pipe at my place and left the place spotless. They got all the permits and passed all inspections with positive comments from inspector. I can't imagine using anyone else in the future and strongly recommend this to everyone who needs pipe work done. Simply the best and price flexible. They even have 0% apr financing if needed.

The work itself and the workers were all fine. My main complaint is that this, like many Angie's List offerings, seems like a good deal at first, but then turns into an opportunity for the contractor to upsell, so the deal really isn't that great. That's why I haven't used Angie's List in a while. However, while it was far more costly than expected, I have no complaints about the quality of this job.

It is very important to ask questions. If a homeowner disagrees with a price always get more estimates. At The Rooter Drain Expert, we won't recommend work you do not need. In some cases, additional work is needed. This is not to be confused with a bad deal. You may buy a deal for 10ft of pipe, but need 20ft total in which case the price will double. For example if you buy a deal to change 10ft of pipe for $95. But your piping needs a total of 20ft you may pay an additional $95 for the additional work. Your total will be $190 vs $95. So yes you are paying more but you are also getting more work done. Normal rates for the same work may be $310. At the end of the day, the work was done for $190 saving you $120 which is a great deal. We recommend always asking questions to understand why the extra cost if any. Good quality work at a fair price is a great deal. Remember " The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.""

added a clean out, which was not there, and replaced all non abs sections of the sewer in a few days. They also obtained all permits, and cleaned up the area very well when the job was done.

The Rooter Drain Experts showed up promptly and showed me on the camera the location of the root invasion. As the city pipes run very deep in my neighborhood, the Angie's List deal I had purchased wouldn't cover the cost for the work needed. The Rooter Drain Experts had to dig up a whole and did a very good, prescision job to install the pipe liner. They worked fast and left the place very clean. Overall, I am very happy with their work, even though it ended up costing me more than anticipated. If you need to have your pipes relined, the Rooter Experts are a great choice.

Excellent. John and his team are first class. They did the job as they explained and quoted it to me. Through each step they made sure that I inspected what they has completed. John took extra care to make sure that they when they re did the concrete in my driveway they got it as close to match to the rest of the driveway.

I highly recommend this company. John came as soon as I called him. He evaluated our main sewer line problem and offered various solutions to repair. We were able to do the Trenchless repair that did not involve ripping up the floor inside my house. He worked very closely with my homeowners insurance to give them all the info they needed to approve the work. John, and all of his staff, were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. The work was done very quickly. When finished, they put everything back into place so it didn't even look like any work had been done. I recommend you call John for any of your plumbing needs. I know I will.

I have never worked with a contractor in my life that was so professional. John's communicaiton was unparalleled to anything else I've ever experienced. He texted me with updates and pictures through out the whole process. He quoted me at a price and that was the exact amount rendered. I had about 50 feet of pipe that needed to be replaced and they did it in two days. I would hire or recommend these guys in a heart beat. I have nothing but the upmost respect for John and his team!

John and Caesar were on time, knowledgeable about the potential problems and solutions, and exceptionally courteous and helpful. They used a camera to show us the issues (no charge) and offered two options. We chose the less expensive and John was so nice and professional about giving us the best result possible. We will definitely call them again when we need help.

"We are very sorry you were unhappy with our pricing. We never went to your house, and never provided services. You purchased a deal that you never used for over a year and expired. Once the deal expires we have no idea how Angie deals with this, since this is through Angie and not us directly. We tried contacting you many times when the deal was valid but no calls or messages were returned. There were no special offers at the time you called for service. However, us knowing that you had an expired deal and you are an Angie's List client you were still quoted at discounted rate. We can't always honor the deal prices, since discount prices are seasonal. You did the right thing by shopping around and getting a better price perhaps by a competitor that did have a deal. Just like we offered the service for $300 and someone else did it for $199 there are companies that also charge over $500 we offer the same service for $159 when we have it as a big deal. You being unhappy with the price we believe doesn't make us a bad company and don't deserve an "F". You can't grade our punctuality, professionalism and quality of work. Especially if we never met and you didn't see how we work 1st hand. Just like when you buy a car the same car is not the same price at every dealer. But some dealers have better service, better warranty and the same car in better condition. We are not a car dealer but the idea is the same. The only recommendation we can make is to make sure you use coupons or deals before they expire. We did what we could by calling you many times and trying to contact you with messages we kept an eye on this for you and even tried to get you a refund. Thank you for your business! Our last message to you via Angie's List message center. "Thank you very much for purchasing our Hydro-Jetting Deal. We have been trying to get in contact with you to set up an appointment. Excellent service!
John and his assistant showed up on time. They performed sewer camera inspection with location/depth indicator from two places because of a constriction in the pipe. They found out the depth and location of the sewer section that needed to be repaired. John explained well his recommendations and provided clear explanations to my questions. Later he provided a detailed proposal for work to be performed.
We ended up choosing another proposal.
