Good and timely work!

Charged 300 to install thermostat same day and on Sunday which is totally understandable and agreed upon on the phone. Once the thermostat was installed mentioned that I needed a new transformer in order to send enough power to the thermostat. He then tried to charge me 360 dollars for a 24 volt transformer which literally costs 23 dollars and took him maybe 15 minutes to get onto the roof and install. He will write down fake quotes on his iPad that he is actively changing the prices on. He is good at his job and knows how to get it done. But he will also try to squeeze as much money from you as possible if he senses you can afford it. He wanted 660 dollars to change a transformer and install a thermostat ( took less than 1 hour)

He knew my cat was suffering in the heat and came as soon as he could. He fixed the problem fast and was sooooo nice. I would never hire anyone but him to fix or replace my air conditioner. He is a gem.

David is a very professional installer genuinely interested in helping you with your particular needs. He was quick to reply to our calls, and when our entire HVAC unit needed to be replaced, he walked me through all our options. In the end I was very comfortable that we'd made the right decision in both our installation needs and in using his company. During the HVAC install, his team was very professional and got us up and running very quickly. While we may have saved a penny or two going with someone else installing a lesser system, I'm very happy with David and his team. I plan on using his company for all my needs moving forward.

Stay Cool replaced our AC/Furnace in our older home. After receiving several quotes, we felt most comfortable going with David /Stay Cool to do the work. The pricing was competitive, the service and response time was prompt and we felt we would get more personal attention from the Stay Cool team versus some of the other big companies. The technicians arrived at the time promised. They assessed the condition of our a/c system, asked appropriate questions, and proceeded to replace the refrigerant lost in recent time. The system is working better under very adverse heat wave conditions. They indicated that the work could not be guaranteed because the system needs to be replaced due to age. They gave me an idea of the costs involved in a new system. I will consider them when time comes to do the work.

David came out to evaluate my Mom’s Heating/AC unit. We discussed repairing versus replacing a 30 year old unit. R/R was definitely the way to go. David finished the R/R in just over one day.
