They were very good and very helpful. I didn't price anything, I just went with them because I needed a water heater. I didn't really shop around, it was a good deal at the time, because I might as well get whatever they are going to give me for the old one and replace it with the brand new one and just pay the difference. Otherwise it would have been $3100 plus you get a rebate. I think the price is about right from everything I have read. It passed inspection. I would use them again.

They were great. They were well priced, super competitive, because I’ve checked wholesale prices on that stuff before. They gave me what was considered an upgraded system that reduces the scaling buildup on the burners that are inside the machine. It also had a re-circulating pump, so that the water is flowing through the pipes all the time, so that when I turn on the water it’s hot. They were great. He even followed up when I was like you know I don’t think it’s hot enough, and I wasn’t sure how to set the controls on the device. They sent out somebody. I didn’t want to pay, but they said “no, we’ll take care of it.” I was very pleased with him. I have a year warranty on the system. He covers any regular maintenance that might need to be done during that year.

They are excellent. Our water heater pilot light went out and another company didn't completely fix our shower pressure cartridge. Shellback came out same day and repaired both problems. We definitely will use them again.
