Heriberto (Herb) and his associate were punctual and polite. After a few minutes of diagnostics, they told me that nothing was wrong with my heater, but that the thermostat had gone bad. This is what we had suspected. He changed the thermostat and even changed the heater filter at no additional charge. I would use this company again.
