didn't go well! I would not recommend them, specially if there's after care or anything service related, these guys are not good!

The work was amazing, fast and they found some hurdles and took care of them while working on the project.

They were prompt, polite, efficient and professional.  Their price was less that half of another contractor's bid for just the AC unit.  The team worked well and I loved that Ricardo came by during the day to see how they were doing.  I got the recommendation from a friend that used them and said that after all the estimates he had gotten, no one was as good as Ricardo.  I feel the same way and highly recommend them!!!!

From obtaining the estimate to the completed job, I found Ricardo very responsive.  
I researched for over a year new air and heating for our home that was built in 1998.  We are the original owners.  The air flow was never good in our home and the sound level was very loud from the return outside of our master bedroom.  I had three main goals for new unit s -- 1) less noise from the return outside of our master;  2) better efficiency;  3) better air flow through out the house.
After much research, I found that Ricardo knew what he was talking about.  I had information from my other estimates from other companies.  We entered a contract with Ricardo for both upstairs and downstairs A/C and Heating units.  
The full job was completed in 5 days.  He replaced all of our vents with the proper vents, added a new ducting, added a new vent in our  cathedral ceiling living room (the builder never had one there.  
The workers were on time, courteous and cleaned up each day.  The price was very fair.  I would recommend Ricardo's AC, just as he was recommended to us.  I plan to use Ricardo's for our semi annual tune-ups.  

 Cesar & Marco came in for the first service call. They were right on time. They had nice uniforms on and handed me their business card and asked for permission to come in. They put on booties to protect the floors and proceeded to ck. the system.I was very impressed with Cesar. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and a true gentleman. I like his explanation of what
the problem might be and the different solutions. I told him that I had another estimate and that I would call him.
 I called Ricardo's Heating and Service that afternoon and I asked Cesar if the leak could not be fixed and I had to replace the system
would he apply the fee for the search to the new system. He told me he had to speak to his boss and he would get back to me.
That night he called and said that they would try everything possible top find the leak and repair it, but if it could not be repaired
that they would give me a percentage towards the new system. I agreed and two days later Cesar and his assistant Antonio came
back. I won't go into every little detail, but Ricardo's Heating & A/C got this job because of Cesar's professionalism. The price for the system was very reasonable and it included the twice a year system check. Cesar recommended installing two mushrooms 
fans in the attic and when we do decide to do it, he would be the one we will call.
 I was very happy with the job and I would highly recommend this company, especially Cesar.

 

This was the first time they came out. They were really professional. He made suggestions about what the correct unit would be for my house. The installation was painless. I would recommend them. They fix your appliances. They don't try to oversell you on things. It was a very professional service.

NEAT AND RELIABLE, BUT ADDED ONLY ONE DUCT FOR 299 SQUARE FEET. SHOULD HAVE ADDED 2 DUCTS. THE DUCT BLOWS TOO HARD AND DOESN'T WORK EFFICIENTLY WITH REST OF HOUSE. ALSO, THE DUCT WAS INITIALLY ADDED TO WRONG CIRCUITRY SO WORKED WITH DOWNSTAIRS INSTEAD OF UPSTAIRS. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THAT, BUT NOW I'M HAVING MY OWN A/C PERSON RE-DUCT THE ROOM.
