They are good. They came over and looked at it and gave some suggestions. They looked at a leaky faucet and told me what I needed to do to fix it. There was no cost.

Excellent, I called Raphael on Monday afternoon and he said he would send someone out to my house the next day between 8am and 9am. The technician showed up at exactly 7:58 AM and he was very professional, performed the job and cleaned up perfectly before he left. The price was exactly what Raphael quoted me and the work was done flawlessly. I will call RH Plumbing whenever I need a plumber in the future!

Rafael was very responsive and his workman completed the job exactly as he said he would.

The job went great!  The only thing I would suggest to them is to mention somewhere on their profile that Sunday work will be charged overtime rates.  However, there rates were fair and the work was speedy and outstanding.  Mr. J. Magana came and did the work and I highly recommend him to others.

Rafael evaluated our old water heater, quoted us a price and gave a time when his crew would return to replace it that same day.
He called 15min ahead of the crews arrival, and returned personally to assist and supervise.
Our water heater was replaced and working in about 2 hours at the quoted price.
Marvin and Rafael were pleasant, clean and efficient and I woudl use them again and recommend RH Plumbing to freinds and neighbors.

Rafael gave us a resonable quote for the work done. His crews were always on time and very neat. We had a slight problem, not his fault, with the roman tub hardware installation but Rafael and his crew came up with a quick work around and did a great job. We are very happy with this company. We will certainly use RH again for future plumbing needs. One of the most important aspects of Rafael and his team: they showed up on time each and every time. Awesome.

Everything went very well, the work done looks great and I am very happy. I asked a couple plumbers for quotes  and Rafael gave me the best bid. I do think that his quote was very fair also for the work that was added during their visit (installing of water pressure regulator).
He also gave me some very good advise on a couple other little projects I have planned to work on in my bathroom.

I had called other providers who all asked > more for the same.

I called Rafael for an estimate and we set up a time later that day. He called a short while later offering to come over sooner. The estimate was very very fair!  He actually gave me two estimates-one IF I needed a pressure regulator, and one without. Rafael, was friendly, professional, and didn't try to "sell" me on the regulator. He told me he would test the pressure and only if the pressure was too high would he then install the regulator. The next day at 9:00am he was to begin the work. About 10-15 minutes after 9:00 my doorbell rang. I asked if we needed to go turn the water off at the street and he said his guy was already there trimming back a bush that was covering the meter. Both Raphael and his worker worked on the pipes, and did an excellent job. It looks great and I haven't noticed any change in the house water pressure despite the fact that the 90psi was lowered with the new regulator. I would 100% hire Raphael again!!!

They were able to come the day after I called- both times! Easy to book and to talk to. Prices were totally affordable and fair.

Dealing with Rafael at RH Plumbing has been a great experience.  For one thing, he did not charge me anything for his initial visit. 
That turned out better than if I had instead used the plumber from American Home Shield, who would have charged me a $75 service fee.  And, second, he gave me a very fair price for providing and installing a new kitchen faucet on his second visit.  He is very easy to deal with, and he will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

After living all over the country, one thing I have learned about living in Los Angeles these 10 years is that no matter what type of service oriented business in this city there are a lot of unethical business' who's mission is to rip you off. After learning my lesson I now regularly use Citysearch, Yelp, Angie's List etc. since money doesn't grow on trees. I am the type of person who would rather take the time to do my research, get multiple quotes, and give my business and money to someone who deserves it. I like to be a loyal customer. I never took the time to post a review before until I had to deal with plumbers. I came across RH Plumbing because they were on the list of technicians by water heater's manufacturer. After calling seven other plumbing and getting their quotes, RH had the best quote and I was willing to give them a try due to their professional and courteous manner on the phone. Rafael arrived, answered all my questions, did the job efficiently, and wasted no time. His prices are more than affordable and he has earned my continuing business for any plumbing need I have. I actually trust him and that is a rare occurrence in this town.
FYI: I had another plumbing company say it would take and hour and a half to do the work at over $300.00. I knew it was a ripoff. Rafael had the job complete in under ten minutes.
Rafael exceeded all expectations and I HIGHLY recommend him.
