THE PROJECT STARTED OUT WELL AND WE WERE PROMISED IT WOULD BE COMPLETE IN 7 TO 10 DAYS. IT NOW HAS TAKEN OVER 3 MONTHS TO COMPLETE. THE OWNER HAS WONDERFUL PROMISES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO COME TRUE. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD. MAYBE OUR PROJECT IS JUST TO SMALL AND THAT IS WHY WE ARE HAVING TIME DELAYS.
