They were outstanding. They were excellent. The work they did was wonderful. I thought that they were efficient. I thought that they were really clean and nice operation. They keep you informed as to the status of your repair and it was an easy company to work with. I didn't have to pay a deductible since it was a 50-50 problem. They were great. I would use them every time. They keep you informed with a text almost every few hours, you can leave your car, what stage it's in, when it's coming back. They're really involved. It's really amazing. Everything was good. They have a really nice waiting room. They have a refrigerator with some waters, it's bottled water, coffee maker and the compressor machine, warm cookies. It's not like a normal place. It's really busy. It's a pretty office. I left the car there probably three days. It was comfortable, nice air conditioned office.

Awesome job, done on time, can't tell anything ever happened to the body. Great staff , Valerie Medrano is extremely professional, remembers you just by your voice, and always knows exactly the status of your repair. Dennis Shutts, whom I think is the manager, is very straightforward, honest, and insists on the job being up to the standard of your car being entirely restored to it's original state. If you're looking to have a cheap fix this isn't your shop. I don't mean they overcharge, I mean they don't cut corners and that means, in my case, a higher estimate than some shops gave me. But the other shops missed my door damage. I'll just say this, the width of every seam on everything they touched, panel to door, front to back, top to bottom, is exacly even. The car is actually better than it was before the repair. I can't think of higher praise than that .
