+ -1 moreIT WAS OVERALL POSITIVE. IN THE NARRATIVE FORM I CAN TELL YOU THE PROBLEM WAS THE COMPUTER WAS A MACINTOSH AND THEY SCARE EVERYONE IN THE COMPUTER FIELD. I TALKED TO THE TECHNICIAN AND THEY SAID BRING IT IN. I HAD TO KEEP SELLING THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED SOME FILES FROM A COMPUTER THAT I WAS RETIRING AND PUT THEM ON A DVD FOR ME SO I CAN MOVE THEM TO THE NEW COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreIT WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THINGS. IF WE HAVE QUESTIONS, THEY WILL EXPLAIN IT TO US UNTIL WE HAVE OUR SOLUTION. I HAVE REFERRED OTHERS TO THEIR SERVICE AND THEY ARE QUITE PLEASED.
Description of Work: A SOUND CARD WAS PUT IN, MY HARD DRIVE WAS COMPLETELY CLEARED OFF, COOKIES WERE CLEARED OUT FOR ME AND A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED.
