IT WAS OVERALL POSITIVE. IN THE NARRATIVE FORM I CAN TELL YOU THE PROBLEM WAS THE COMPUTER WAS A MACINTOSH AND THEY SCARE EVERYONE IN THE COMPUTER FIELD. I TALKED TO THE TECHNICIAN AND THEY SAID BRING IT IN. I HAD TO KEEP SELLING THE PROJECT.

IT WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THINGS. IF WE HAVE QUESTIONS, THEY WILL EXPLAIN IT TO US UNTIL WE HAVE OUR SOLUTION. I HAVE REFERRED OTHERS TO THEIR SERVICE AND THEY ARE QUITE PLEASED.
