One plumber came out about 4 months ago. He was punctual, did a good job and they even followed up to see if the job worked out well. Their pricing was better than others that I got quotes from.

Plumbing by Kirk, Inc. was very prompt. He came out here within two hours after I called him. He couldn't have been nicer. I thought the price was very reasonable, for what he did. He said he'd be out in two hours and he was.

They are little higher than some of the others, he is reasonable since you get a good job and it is worth it. He is very attentive to what our needs are, they are very clean and they clean up what they have done. We have had no problems at all. We have recommended them to our neighbors too.

I thought the service cost of the replacement was high considering the cost of the part, but the installation of the new cartridge went smoothly and has worked perfectly since. My wife was impressed by the plumber (technician?) because he cleaned out a few sink traps, checked overall house water pressure and looked at a few other areas of the house that she was concerned about-all within the cost of the original estimate. It was also nice that the company called a few days after service to check if we were satisfied with the work done. Overall a very good experience.

Very Well, I made a mistake and hired an Handy Man to replace my kitchen facuet, replace garbage disposal, etc. (This was the 3rd time in my life I ever hired an handy man) DON'T DO IT, USE A PROFESSIONAL for the trade you need done. My value leaked all night, filling up an entire bucket of water. I called Plumbing by Kirk, Inc at 8pm the night before. (Not an emergency). I was very happy Kirt/Owner called me the next morning at 7:45AM. Office opens at 8AM, I explained to him what was going, he told me it should be an easy fix, if all goes well. They said a plummer would be out between 11AM to 1pm. They called around 9:30 and said the plummer was on his way. Brian the Plummer showed up within 20 minutes of the call, very professional, courtesy, helpful. He looked at the problem, quoted me an price for entire job. He also found a piece missing the (Handyman) failed to put on, plus found another leak that left unnoticed. Sealed my toilet with caulk, which another thing the Handyman said isn't necessary. Completed the work in a quick, timely manner. Even check my water pressure at n/c. Very Satisfied, Kirt will be the only plummer I call again. Considering my home is older, I'm sure something else will go wrong. It doesn't pay to hire handy men for certain jobs, IE: plummbing/Elec/ etc. You will spend double by doing so. I've learned this the hard way. Hire Plumbing by Kirk, Inc.

He was friendly and responsive. Insurance completed job but we have called Kirk back for some minor things we needed done. We have his number saved for future needs.

Kirk and Josh were friendly, professional and went about their job efficiently. While Kirk was hooking up the faucet in the powder room, we came across a problem with the newly installed counter top. Kirk adjusted the fit of the faucet by fabricating shims. Although the job took extra time, the faucet is in place to stay. We will use Plumbing by Kirk again and highly recommend him to anyone.

This was a really good experience. I was given a window of time for the arrival of the technician when I made my appointment, and the day of the appointment the office called to let me know that Josh was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and competent. The disposal was installed quickly and works perfectly. The office called a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied. Now, that is being focused on the customer. I am so happy to have a working garbage disposal once again! I would definitely recommend Plumbing by Kirk and would use them again.

We had a bathroom toilet that was leaking intermittently from the base. I had removed and replaced the wax ring several weeks prior but the toilet continued to leak intermittently.
I called Plumbing By Kirk based on recommendations on Angie's List as well as from a neighbor. The girl on the phone was very friendly and professional. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. About 2 hours prior to their scheduled arrival we received a call advising the plumber had finished his earlier job sooner than expected and wanted to know if they could come early.
Josh arrived a short time later. He was friendly and quickly provided an estimate after examining the toilet. He removed the toilet and discovered when I had replaced the wax ring it had failed to compress and thus had not sealed correctly. He explained I probably should have used 2 wax rings as the toilet flange was below floor level. He added another wax ring, re-set the toilet and caulked around the base.
Plumbing by Kirk was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have become my choice for future plumbing needs.........

I highly recommend them. They are fair and honorable. They come out when they say they are going to come. If they can't come out that day, they will come next day morning. There is a woman in the office and she is really nice. If they are coming late, they always call me and keep me updated. I like all the employes. They are just nice people. They charge $150 every time they come out and that is the average charge. If it is a simple work, they will charge less than $150. They are pretty reliable.

I made the appointment and was very professional. They even confirm the appointment the day before as well as checked in after the job was done. On the day of the appointment, the service man who came was on time, he was good at what he was doing, knew what the problem was, and was very fast and clean. I provided all the necessary parts to be replaced, nothing needed to be repaired. I was just a little taken back when he quoted the price, I think he miscalculated the fee to charge or maybe he was not experienced enough in giving quotes. Kirk himself could not make it, I think he probably would have been more reasonable. I will insist on him to come next time instead and give them another chance in the future

They are awesome. I recommended them to my neighbor. I would give them a ten out of ten. They are really good. They are honorable and honest and don't gouge you price wise. Jokingly if I wasn't married I would date him. I love him. The price was reasonable. They are really, really busy and I've done work with them before and they fit me in, which was nice. I've met the owner Kirk and he was very nice and informative. They have replaced a garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and done some piping. I’ve had two of their different employees and both were polite and nice, to the point where I tipped them. That was how good they were. I was really happy with them. I don’t know what an average plumber charges but I didn’t feel I was being overcharged. The woman in the office will keep you updated on if they are running behind and they gave me an hour window, which I liked. I will absolutely use them in the future.

He diagnosed that the washing machine was fine and that we had a blockage in the exit pipe. He only charged us the minimal service charge.

Kirk arrived on time and was very informative, he even taught us step by step how to do the repair ourselves,should we ever need to. He gave us many helpful tips on preventative maintenance. I would say we finally found a plumber for life.

They are very good and I have used their services on numerous occasions. I had purchased a wrong garbage disposal. They didn’t charge me for coming out and they came on the next day to install it. My experience with them was fine. They showed up on time and also called to confirm. The installer who came out was in and out quickly. So, I was happy with them and I liked them since they were all good. They were a little late, but the woman in the office called up twice to inform that they would be late. So, they kept me well informed. I would use their services in the future too.

I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT IS HARD TO FIND A GOOD CONTRACTOR. I HAVE USED OTHER PLUMBERS, BUT KIRK IS THE BEST!!!!!!
