They do a wonderful job at a fair price. We have them come in bi-weekly. The are very predictable, coming at approx. same time and day. So we can plan ahead. They are very careful and do a complete job.

They cleaned the house well, but after they left, my wife and I noticed that a couple of things had been damaged. At the very least, the ladies should have informed me of this while they were in my house. I informed their supervisor who apologized and told me that he would reimburse $100 but the check never came.

I only rated a 3 because I don’t feel that they care much about their job. Just cursory cleaning.

They do a great job with the large items I have then do, such as the kitchen and bathrooms.

We needed a deep clean of our house...I've been working out of town for the past several months and my boyfriend has been working full time and going to school full time so our house had been neglected. They were so awesome.
I spoke to Sonya who detailed all of the services they provided.
They sent two ladies - who were 15 minutes earlier than planned (which is fine by me!) and charge $35 an hour per maid. They were respectful and hard workers, and got right to work.
They were so great with both of our pets (a cat and dog) and completed the job in about 4 hours.
My oven has never looked so clean and they somehow were able to clean our shower door which has been collecting hard water and soap stains for the past several years. I'll definitely be looking to hire them again:).

They are right up the street for me. I had a really good experience with them. It was a gift certificate that my mum bought and I believe that it was a $150. They were really proficient and did a good job at cleaning, especially considering how filthy my house was. I have three children that are under 5 and I was pleasantly surprised to discover when people have a housekeeper and if they find something of value that they forgot or whatever and they will take, but they actually found a pair of my $1000 earrings and they put them for me. They did not even say anything and could have very easily put them in their pocket and kept it, but they found them and put them in my jewel box and kept it moving. They were really quiet, but really fast an efficient with what they did. I totally have to use them again because anyone who ca finds a pair of diamond earrings and put them back and not knowing if they will ever see me again is definitely trustworthy. That was what stood out to me and I would say that those guys were awesome. It was really nice to have a clean house and they were working with limited time because they only had a couple of hours, but they did an excellent job. I have about a 1250/ 1280 square foot house and they were able to clean the living room, do the floors, the dining area, and the kitchen. They did basically all the bedrooms and all the floors. They did three bathrooms and maybe the stairs and I have two flights of stairs and a landing that they cleaned up. In fact I am bullying my husband to see if they can come regularly.

One of the ladies they sent was allergic to my cat. This was not a one-time thing; this went on for months. The poor thing could not breathe while she was here, She continually sneezed and coughed. I began taking his litterbox and the rugs out of the bathroom in preparation for their arrival. At one point one of the "ladies" broke a set of blinds on a large window in the bedroom. When I called the owner to discuss the matter, her immediate response was "Well, I am sure they are older blinds and the sun probably damaged them anyway". She refused to even accept a portion of the responsibility for the blinds - would not even discuss it. This was AFTER I had mentioned to my "lady" to take it easy on the blinds as she cleaned them like they were a rug in need of a good beating. They started out great - pictures dusted, mirrors cleaned, floors swept, baseboards wiped clean. The details soon vanished. Dust began to build up on pictures, baseboards were given a quick swipe with a hand held vacuum, as well as tile floors vacuumed in lieu of being swept clean with a broom.

SOMETIMES THEY SHOWED UP TOO LATE WHEN WE WERE ALREADY HOME FROM WORK, SO THAT WAS INCONVENIENT FOR US. THEY SEEMED TO DO AN ACCEPTABLE JOB, BUT NOTHING MORE THAN WE COULD HAVE DONE OURSELVES, SO WE STOPPED USING THEM.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS SATISFACTORY. THE ENTIRE HOUSE LOOKED GOOD WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DISHES THAT WERE LEFT IN THE SINK AND NOT PUT INTO THE DISH WASHER. OTHERWISE, WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE.

I DON'T THINK THE HOUSE IS CLEAN WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THINGS DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DUSTED THAT WELL. I CANNOT TELL ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK, MY WIFE KNOWS MORE ABOUT THAT.
