It was $250, I think and it was well worth it. He was here about two hours. He checked the regulator. He went and checked the water heater. He did a lot of diagnostics before he did the work. He was early. He was supposed to be here between 9 and 12 and he got here at 8:15. He was very professional. The serviceman we had his name was, David. Everything was top-notch.

Phone is answered; no leaving a message and waiting for a callback. Same day, extremely prompt service. Person who provided service very experienced and knowledgeable. Knows the problem and the solution right away. Even got a part no longer in production under an hour. Completed job quickly. Price beat all quotes from other plumbers! Excellent! Highly recommended!

As service done as requested

Cleaned out drain Unhappily came back because was not clear. I paid additional for second visit though less than 1 month since cleaned.

Replaced two outdoor faucets that were leaking. One busted out a few weeks later and had to be replaced - turned out it was fatigue from an old riser pipe he did not replace and it just burst. They did not charge for this second call.

Had them come back to install the two toilets - an add to the original order.

Replaced the water pressure valve.

Overall the job was done well. However it took a lot time with the one planned and two unplanned additional visits. The quality of the work overall was very good when finished.

The biggest problem I have with this company is the prices they charge. At $800 per toilet it seemed rather high. They are a union shop and it really gets me when they include the time for the plastic pipe glue to dry in their charges - an additional hour of labor for each faucet. Close to $200 to replace a spigot and a riser seems ridiculous for what the task entails. I used to do my own when I was younger - it does not require much of a skill level to complete.

Since then I have asked other plumbers I have found about the charges and it would have been significantly lower with them. - but I did not know them then. I do now!

We called and got a quote for services...many of which were beyond our budget. We ended up locating and digging up the tank ourselves to save money. We then called again to have them pump the tank. They, of course, gave up a sales pitch to buy a new tank, which we declined. They were not very pushy about it. We thanked them for their advice and told them we would consider it next time around.

Cost was way out of line, after discussion with neighbors I found out that the cost should have been less than half of what I was charged.

I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

He is top notch. We have had no problems since he repaired it.

All work was performed as agreed. The original cost estimate was for the new septic tank only ($7,500). With the understanding that if the main had to be replaced it would be extra, and if once uncovered the cesspool needed work it would also be extra. Kurt was upfront about the costs and possible problems that would could be encountered as the project progressed.
The septic tank work was complete in one day, a very long day for the crew. We were without the use of our plumbing for a only a couple of hours. The cesspool work was done the following day and did not effect the use of the plumbing. I think it went very well for such a big job.
His crew was professional and friendly. So far everything is working very well.

The person doing the work was most thorough, professional, and courteous. We were very pleased. It was done in a timely manner and resulted in a much better plumbing arrangement.

He showed up, took out his equipment, and thought it might be a bit difficult because clothing gets caught up badly. He was able to push it out, and finished the job in about 45 minutes.

They dug up a tank and jetted the leech line and found where it ended and ran a camera down to check. We needed to make sure where the leech line ended for county approval for digging a well.

It went very well. They came on time, did what needed to be done and cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was a little high so I called Kurt and he gave me a $50 rebate. I was satisfied.

We contacted the management of Kurt Bohmer Plumbing this morning again and found that they weren't going to be able to get to us in a timely fashion. Their office manager told us to call someone else as apparently it was too much for them to live up to their promises and show up to a job that they delayed for over 3 days. I wouldn't call this plumber or recommend that you call this plumber if you need work done on your schedule instead of theirs.

The workmen were very nice. The supervisor, Robert was a very nice gentleman.

THE PUMPING COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND VERY HELPFUL IN LOCATING THE OPENING TO THE TANK AND LEAVING A MARKER FOR FUTURE USE. THE PRICE WAS IN THE COMPETITIVE RANGE OF OTHERS WHICH I CALLED.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. I APPRECIATED THIS. THEY TOLD US HOW THE LEAK WAS PROBABLY CREATED AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO PREVENT THIS SORT OF LEAK IN THE FUTURE.

AFTER CALLING A FEW DIFFERENT PLUMBERS KURT BOHMER SEEMED TO BE THE CHEAPEST FOR THE WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED AND ONCE THEY GOT TO MY HOUSE IT ONLY TOOK THE MAN 15 MINUTES TO DO THE ENTIRE JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TOILET SINCE.

THEY PERFORMED PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WORK. THEY ALSO WERE VERY RELIABLE AND IN THE END I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

I HAD USED KURTS BEFORE AND IT WAS FOR A DIFFERENT REASON BUT ONCE I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND CLEARED THE PROBLEM FOR ME WITHOUT MY BEING TOO LONG WITH THE TROUBLES.

I FOUND THEM TO BE HIGHLY QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB, CONSIDERING I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT ANY OF THE PROBLEMS WITH SUCH A SYSTEM. THEY HELPED ME THROUGH ALL OF THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS, AND CAME RIGHT OUT WITHIN THAT DAY TO SERVICE US. I HAVE SINCE USED THEM AGAIN, AND WILL CONTINUE TO, FOR THEY HAVE MADE LIFE A LOT EASIER.
