It was a good experience. The guy was friendly and efficient. He came out after an hour. The price was a little high.

He was quick to return my call and set up an appointment. However, he was somewhat late in arriving at the time scheduled and I had almost given up hope that he was coming. When he arrived he went right to work and did a very good job. I would use him again. I would just make certain that I was going to be at home for a few hours after the scheduled time. I felt that the price he charged was fair and it was less than I had been quoted on the phone by others.

Upon placing my first call to Jean, I got voicemail but he called me back within 5 minutes of placing my call. He arrived at my place within one hour (on a Sunday) of speaking with him. He was running 15 minutes behind and called to inform me. He completed the work in an hour's time, was very nice, and professional, clean and quiet. I would definitely use his service again and reccomend him. And in my opinion he charges a fair rate for his work and time.
