JR was really great. Quickly responded and had all issues resolved sooner than I even hoped. Really friendly and professional as well. Karen was helpful on the phone before I even booked service with them. Overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend.

My 25 year old office phone system died this morning. No phones, no business. Through Angie's List, I found JR at Inatel. He had another phone box identical to mine available. We discussed other options, upgrades, etc, and I decided to go with the same system. JR was here within 2 hours of my initial call and the system was replaced, programmed and up and running. Can't speak highly enough about my experience.

I CANNOT say enough GREAT things about this company! Extremely professional. They listened to my requests and answered all of my questions.They took such care to make sure I had no blind spots. They took the time to go over how to use the system. What struck me the most, is that they actually enjoy their job. JR is the president and cares so much about the service he provides. And Karl was as professional and nice as people come.
The cost could have been much lower, but I wanted all outside wires covered in metal to prevent a dog or field mouse from chewing them.
