Excellent experience with John from start to finish. We started with estimates from three contractors and he provided the best figures and was also able to quote us a price for the the entire job, in comparison to others that could only provide us an estimate on the tile labor.

After we selected John, he helped us a lot in the design phase of the project and he got us a great deal on travertine tiles from a terrific store called Majestic Granite in Sun Valley /North Hollywood which had an incredible inventory of natural stone products at fair prices.  John purchased the stone for us and delivered it to our home for installation. What I liked most about John was that he communicated with us at every stage of the project and worked with us on challenges that became apparant after the demo phase. Every aspect of the project was done professionally and with attention to detail from the plumbing, the hot mop, to the prep work, the tiling, and the final grout work - and every assistant he utilized was excellent.  And most importantly, the end shower stall he created exceeded our expectations both in visual appeal and functionality. Project was finished on time, and on budget  and original estimate. I would highly recommend John Stephan to you for any tiling or bathroom remodel project you have in Northern LA county vicinity.

Originally the owner of Image Tile & Stone, John Stephan, came to our home to give us a quote for the work we wanted done. We had several quotes but they had the best quote plus they came with a recommendation. John recommended Majestic Granite in Sun Valley to look for tiles. They had a wonderful selection of different tiles which we chose our travertine and grout. John was available by cell phone when we looked for tiles, when we went to Home Depot and was always happy to help us. When the day came to start the job, John and two other men were on time and came to work. All of the men were pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. They were very meticulous when applying the tiles and with everything else they did. They clean up after themselves inside and out everyday. I can not say enough about this company. The finished product even exceeded our expectations. If you need any tile work done in the Los Angeles area I suggest using this company. You will not be disappointed.
