My relationship with Hydrex had a rocky start, but a very happy ending  My rental properety tenant called about a cockroach problem which I wanted to have taken care of immediately. The person on the phone was very professional and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, a Saturday, at no extra charge. The appointment was scheduled for between 11:00 and 2:00, but the provider never showed. I tried calling the office, but it closed at noon for the weekend. I called again Monday morning and the person explained that a new computer was in use and my appointment was dropped. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience and  said he would have someone out by 10:00 that morning. Sure enough, Tyrone showed up right on time. He was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He treated the house and the property. It has been 18 days since he came and not a sign of a cockroach..  I feel I got excellent service for a very reasonable price.

They charge me $65 every 3 months. They just do a good job. They do just about the same work as everybody else does. We use them because they're well-known.

I have a rental property and used them for my home. They come out once every two months. My tenants had a black widow problem and since we have been using them we have not have had a any more problems. We are happy with their service.

So far it's been a good experience. It was a very pleasant, young man who came out. We are waiting for them to do a second spray inside of the house and the work will be complete. We have had no problems with them. They didn't charge us anymore then what they had estimated.

They have been fairly diligent and responsive to problems.

I've hired them in the past, and I'm satisfied. It's hard to verify without them checking whether it working or not, but I haven't seen any termites. I trust them enough to call them back for spot treatments.

The company scheduled an appointment for the next day. The employee arrived right on time. He explained what he was going to do & did it in an efficient & professional manner. I can't say for sure that the ant infestation is gone... but they do guarantee the work for 30 days. I would definitely recommend this company.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND ALWAYS LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE HERE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PETS. THEY ARE PROMPT ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, AND TO COME OUT IF WE HAVE A NEW PROBLEM NEAT AND COURTEOUS.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HYDREX. THEY ALWAYS CONTACT US PRIOR TO THEIR VISIT SO WE CAN SECURE PETS, IF NECESSARY. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE THOROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ALWAYS LEAVE A LITTLE NOTIFICATION WITH WHAT KIND OF PESTICIDE THEY USED. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE VERY LITTLE PERSONAL CONTACT WITH THEM BECAUSE I'M AT THE OFFICE. I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, SO THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT.

HYDREX HAS PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT TO SPRAY WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED, AND MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE REMINDED WHEN THEY ARE COMING TO SPRAY THE HOUSE.

I HAVE BEEN USING HYDREX FOR YEARS, AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVE WHEN SCHEDULED, AND WILL RE-SPRAY IF YOU ARE HAVING PERSISTENT PEST PROBLEMS. ALL THIS, WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE.
