We don't have any complaints. The installers were fabulous. The counter top people were fabulous. Wendy, the designer was wonderful and very detailed oriented. Wendy was awesome! We recommend them to everyone!

THEY SERVICE THEY PERFORMED WAS GOOD OVERALL. IT WAS CLEAR AND THEY LOOKED AS IF THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. AFTER THEY FINISHED I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESULTS.

THE INSTALL WAS DIFFICULT, AS THE SPACE IS SMALL. BUT WITH THE WATER PURIFIER, THE WATER IS CLEANER AND TASTES BETTER. IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED EVERY SIX MONTHS.

THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT! HE EVEN GAVE ME FREE ADVICE ON PROTECTING THEM. BUT AGAIN, THE PROCESS WAS LENGHTY AND ANNOYING. IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND VISITS TO THE STORE, LONG WAITS IN LINE, ETC.

THE HARDWOOD WAS ORDERED THROUGH HOME DEPOT. THEY SAID IT WAS IN STOCK, WHICH IT WASN'T. THEY ABSOLUTELY LIED TO ME. THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME. THEY ALSO NEVER GAVE A COURTESY CALL TO TELL ME THIS. ONCE THE INSTALLERS GOT HERE, THEY MEASURED WRONG. BY THE TIME THEY GOT TO MY KITCHEN THEY RAN OUT OF MATERIALS. IT TOOK ANOTHER 6 WEEKS JUST TO GET THE MATERIALS.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF OUR BLINDS. WE HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN THEY SAID, AND WHEN THE BLINDS DID ARRIVE THEY WERE NOT ALL THERE. TWO OF THE WINDOWS WERE THE WRONG SIZE, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY.
