Graymar was recommended by our seller's agent prior to buying the house. He spoke highly of them and their bid was less than others.
The work was completed quickly and on time. Despite a lot of finger prints on the walls, it appeared to be fine.
Once we moved in, we found the system was badly balanced. For example, one room would be 72, another would be 5-10 degrees hotter. I could barely feel the air coming from some of the vents.
I called them to get someone back out to adjust the system to equally distribute the air. They didn't replace the entire ducting system, only about half.
Despite 5-6 calls, they never came out to repair this issue. There were at least 3 appointments where they never showed up and didn't call to let me know anything.
