We purchased a set of coffee tables. Within a few months the corners started peeling off, an obvious manufacture defect. I called costco since item had a warrantee and they returned it with no questions asked. Great service!

I had to rely on the extra year of warranty that they provided and I was real satisfied. It all worked out very nicely. I made a phone call and I had the person that I needed to talk to in about 10 minutes and the problem was taken care of. I didn't spend any thing on the service.

THE PEOPLE FINISHED THE JOB AND IT LOOKED GOOD WHEN IT WAS DONE. USUALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS A PROFESSIONAL THEY KNOW WHAT TO BRING WHEN THEY DO THE JOB. HE FORGOT A FEW THINGS AND HAD TO GO BACK AND GET THEM. HE FINISHED AND FORGOT THE MOTOR.
