Super friendly and knowledgeable. A breath of fresh air compared to Home Depot. They have an awesome selection and higher end stuff, but for what it is the prices are good. And they're somewhat negotiable. We we're given almost half off of some discontinued tile that looks awesome. They didn't have any more samples in the store except for the 4' x4' wall display so they took it down and let us take it home to try it out. They also gave us the entire grout sample kit, along with about 10 other tile samples. No deposits, nothing. Just friendly business.
