Very wel. Although, I can't see what was repaired on the roof, but we no longer have a leak and I assume all broken tiles have been replaced as indicated.

Allan is a pleasant person to work with. He came to inspect the roof and gave the appraisal via email quickly. All my phone calls and emails are replied promptly. Everything he told us was carried out accordingly. His team of about 8 people worked with military precision. To install the new roof only took two days. Allan at Advanced Roof Systems did an exceptional job on my roof. My roof had a leak during a recent rainstorm. So I called Allan & he came to my house the same day & determined the source of my leak. He looked at my roof & saw that I had several other problem areas on my 26 year old roof. I am pleased with the job that Allan Deans and his crew completed. They were on time everday and cleaned up any debris from the job. The work took about two days, with the crew working late on the 2nd day to get the roof done.

My old roof was removed and any rotten wood was replaced. Several fascia boards were also repleaced due to weather exposure. New roofing felt was laid down and 3 passive ventilation systems and 1 solar powered vent were installed. Then a new roof was installed on the house and on a patio cover roof.

Offered to come the next day in the weekend because he was close. Honest, didn't try to oversell. Great price compared to previous roofers I have had. Said he would be here within a couple of weeks to do the work and call ahead. Called the day before and showed up on time as stated. Very nice and professional. Will use again and refer to friends.
