Sincerely exceeded my expectations! Expert and excellent! So lucky to have found Allen Dean/Advanced Roof Systems & Construction on Angie's List! When it comes to contractors, it is easy to feel vulnerable, especially when you are't savy about the thing you need repaired or replaced. Allen Dean deserves all good adjectives. He is very knowledgable, teacherly, smart, quick, efficient, hard working, fair, honest, trustworthy and likeable on top of that. I HIGHLY recommend this company! His wife Donna is very nice too(spoke to her on the phone). My house is 19 years old and and my neighbor noticed a concrete tile on my roof that was slipping out of place. I turned to Angie's list because of reviews and just listings. (I have hired a bad "contractor" in the past, before Angie's List was around, to have a concrete sidewalk poured and it was a disaster, so I have experienced that end of it too). Of course you are always taking a chance, but Allen Dean was great!!! He and his crew were fast and efficient. He took photos of my roof so I could see the exact issues and explained roofing and repairs and timelines for repairing and replacing to me. I feel confident that I know alot more about my roof now too. A roof should be inspected for maintenance repair at 15 years of age and replaced at 25-30 years. This is assuming your builder did a good job of building your roof in the first place. Also many of your tiles may be salvageable for continued use. So at 19 years, I waited a little long for the first inspection but I feel I know so much more now. Worth it and very fair priced. Great job, great experience! This is a guy you will want to have on your side if you have roof problems or questions. I hope there are other good roofers out there too, but Allen Dean is definitely among the good ones! The only down side at all, is that because he's great, he is also very booked up so don't procrastinate too much because you may have to wait weeks or months for an available time slot.

Very wel. Although, I can't see what was repaired on the roof, but we no longer have a leak and I assume all broken tiles have been replaced as indicated.

Allan is a pleasant person to work with. He came to inspect the roof and gave the appraisal via email quickly. All my phone calls and emails are replied promptly. Everything he told us was carried out accordingly. His team of about 8 people worked with military precision. To install the new roof only took two days. The first day, the removal team came and finished the work about half a day. They put the protection sheet all around the house and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. You won't see any mess left. The next day, the installation team came in at 6:30AM and finished the whole roof after 3 PM. I felt reassured that Allan was there the whole time. I am also surprised that he did not ask any downpayment, you only pay him after the job is done. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend Allan and his "Advanced roof systems & construction Inc". Good Job!

They are always punctual, responsive, friendly, and always do quality work. They are also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

FROM START TO FINISH EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.THE CREW WAS ON TIME AND WORKED LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE.EVERY NIGHT AFTER THE WORKDAY THE MEN CLEANED THE WORK AREA AND MY YARD TO MAKE EVERYTHING WAS IN PLACE.WE HAD VERY HOT WEATHER RECENTLY AND WORKED HARD AFTER A TOUGH DAY,MAKING,SURE THAT MY HOUSE WAS IN TIP TOP SHAPE WITH NOTHING OUT OF PLACE. THE LAST DAY OF WORK THE HOUSE LOOKED GREAT AND ALLAN THE OWNER BROUGHT ME OUTSIDE THE SHOW ME THAT THE WORKMEN HAD ACCIDENTLY DENTED MY GUTTER ON THE HOUSE.HE APOLOGIZED AND CALLED A COMPANY TO REPLACE THE GUTTER I TOLD THAT IT WASN'T NECESSARY BUT HE INSISTED AND ABSORBED THE COST.THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS RARE THESE DAYS BUT THIS IS HOW ALLAN DOES BUSINESS.HE IS A TOP NOTCH PROVIDER.BY THE WAY HIS PRICE WAS $2000 LESS THAN TWO OTHER COMPANYS THAT GAVE ME BIDS. I CANNOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH HOW GREAT THIS COMPANY'S WORK AND QUALITY IS.

Allan at Advanced Roof Systems did an exceptional job on my roof.  My roof had a leak during a recent rainstorm.  So I called Allan & he came to my house the same day & determined the source of my leak.  He looked at my roof & saw that I had several other problem areas on my 26 year old roof.  So he gave me several options to choose from ranging from fixing just the leak, to redoing the roof in sections, to completely redoing it.   He did not try to sell me on a specific option.  He allowed me to pick the right option for me & my budget.  I chose to redo the entire roof.
The job was started & completed on time.  Allan was in daily contact with me either in person or on the phone.  He was really concerned about getting the job done right & went out of his way to do so.  He left my house clean each day & I never even found as much as one nail lying around.  All of these little things really sets him apart from others.  I highly recommend him.

I am pleased with the job that Allan Deans and his crew completed.  They were on time everday and cleaned up any debris from the job.  The work took about two days, with the crew working late on the 2nd day to get the roof done.

Great communication, on time and all work completed with clean up included.

Offered to come the next day in the weekend because he was close. Honest, didn't try to oversell. Great price compared to previous roofers I have had. Said he would be here within a couple of weeks to do the work and call ahead.  Called the day before and showed up on time as stated. Very nice and professional. Will use again and refer to friends.
