The service went well . They did trap a little mouse and picked it up . They went around inside and outside the house, on the roof and filled up any openings and foundation that lasted for a while but I think it's time to get it refilled.

Representative showed up promptly, clearly explained the process.  He followed up with visits until I did not see evidence of gophers.  Just in case, I passed the company's name on to the people who bought my house.  I cannot remember the cost but it was reasonable.

Always on time and provide a very thorough service.  Will come back on request to address gopher activity etc.

Non-toxic so my dogs are safe.

The technician came on time.  The explained the service. Provided the service and was sensitive to the fact that I have a small dog.

We had other pest control contractors come out to deal with our gophers, but none of them worked. Zenith was the only company that was able to do it.  Now they come every month to check us and our neighbors.  Warning - if you get rid of your gophers but your neighbors still have them, sooner or later they will come back.

Excellent results. No ants, roaches, or other annoyance insects. No rats or bee hives.

We used this service about a year ago. At the time the price to do our small house (1600 sq. feet) and the garage was $150.00 I was told at the time that the $150.00 charge was because it the first time to the property. They wrote up a contract that would then charge $75.00 per service (quarterly). The contract WAS sent in but the additional services never were completed. I share responsibility in not following up. A year flew by. I spoke with Dave, I assume the owner. He quoted $150.00 AGAIN and I said I would have to review what the agreement was last time. I found the agreement and the $150.00 was for the initial service and then $75.00 quarterly.

I wasn't comfortable being whacked with the $150.00 charge AGAIN and called him to make him aware they were already at the property before. He agreed to $95.00 for a one-time service. NOTE: We were paying $85.00 for Orkin.

Once at the property the technician informed us that the $95.00 was just for the interior! PLEASE! He called the office and said that there was a misunderstanding and they wanted to collect the $150.00 AGAIN. GIVE ME A BREAK, REALLY?!

We told them to leave. Too much hassle with this company. Ten minutes later we scheduled Surf City pest control at a cost of $75.00 (on a contract please note-quarterly) for four sessions!! That was for EVERYTHING.

Dave was very pleasant on the phone but money is money and the clearly the price they charge (the initial visit spraying all of the house AND garage clocked in at less than 15 minutes! 15 minutes!

Great service. Animal was caught within the first few days but trap was left for the rest of the month just in case there was something else hiding under the house. The technician was very prompt and professional.

Because I believe in a clean environment and I don't want any toxic substances in a pest control especially in my house, I liked their use of organic products. They used organic products from the chrysanthemum flower and it made me feel safe. They came out in a timely manner and I can call them anytime there is a problem.

The main boss Scott came out and they examined our attic and gave us a quote, while explaining their full process. He's a real pro and a straight-away guy. They did the job in a timely fashion exactly as he had told us. They were on time, took care of business and did a great job! These are the people you want to use on a rat- infested attic!

They are very efficient during the appointment. They call us at times to schedule the appointment and have not seem to forget about us. One technician comes out, Manni, and he knows about our home and that we have dogs. It takes about a half hour to do the work. He uses a chemical that mixes with the water and uses a long hose around the house. When I am unsatisfied with the service, and I bring it up to the company so that he could come back and spray.

They came out on time and did the work. The price was reasonable. It was very straight forward. They did a good job!

We had just moved into our new apt 2 days before. Then we woke to find little red ants ALL OVER the empty food dishes of our 2 catsand marching in a streaming line across our floor! As I picked the dishes up off the floor to clean them the ants ran up my arms!!! EEWWWW! It was awful! Normally, we wouldn't even leave their dishes down overnight, but they were all stressed from the move and not eating so we were trying to accommodate them. That still should NOT have attracted ants in such a hurry! The bldg manager then told us that they had recently been informed of an ant problem in our bldg! No duh!!!! Apparently, extermination is not something they do on a regular basis to the exterior of the property (even though we had been told otherwise when signing our lease).
This happened on a Saturday morning and we just couldn't go through 24 hrs or more with ants running all over the place! The first place we called said they could do it, but the cats and ourselves would have to be out of the premises for 3-4 hours! Other places were not available on such short notice or could not provide pet friendly extermination.
Zenith came out that same day,used pet-safe products and we could all stay in the environment (cats just had to stay out of wet product for about 1/2 hour). Our technician, Cleto, was professional, friendly and went to the extreme to be safe for our cats, yet complete in the treatment. In addition, he went down and treated the water pipes in the garage leading up to our apt. And we have not seen an ant since!!!!!!!!!
We have now scheduled them to come treat our place every other month (another great alternative they offer) and couldn't be happier with the results!!!
