UNIQUE RESTORATION

As an insurance agent I've dealt with numerous restoration companies and this is the one you want!! Oscar Gutierrez is the project manager in Las Vegas and the guy will go over and above to make sure you are completely satisfied. I've witnessed it and in a corporate world where "service" has taken a back seat this company has made sure that "service" is at the forefront of everything they do. I definitely recommend Unique Restoration if you are looking for a restoration company.

After having a water leak in my house, I had to do something I have never done before. I have never had to deal with an insurance claim or a general contractor and I was dreading having to go down this road. Gianni was the first person I spoke with when he came out to my house to assess the damage and quote the damage to my insurance company. He sent Alex Arista in as my construction foreman who is awesome! He walked me through everything, keeping me in the loop and answered all my silly and I'm sure stupid questions. If Alex wasn't telling me something, Heather certainly was! She often called me to make sure everything was going according to schedule and that I had no problems or questions. Awesome customer service! Once the crew started their work, they did an excellent job. Maya and Edgar did some of the nicest flooring work I have ever seen. I couldn't be happier! They did such excellent work, I would highly recommend this crew. The transition from tile to wood is so clean and the edges are perfect! Someone who helped me throughout the whole process was Orly Caspi. She too kept checking to make sure I was happy and had no questions. She also kept me up on my payments and sent out my receipts on a timely basis. Every person from day one until the repairs were completed (nearly 4 months) was professional and friendly to me and my family. Not that I ever want to go through this ordeal ever again, but if it happens; I will be calling Unique Restoration! Thanks for giving me my house back!

Very professional from start to finish

I would highly recommend Unique Restorations. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, were very courteous and pleasant, and were helpful in making decisions when asked. Their prices for extra work not covered by insurance were very fair. The hardwood floor installers were experts, paying a lot of attention to the smallest details. I had a question regarding a "riser" at an exit door that troubled me, and they returned after all the work was complete and they were paid to remedy the problem to my satisfaction.

They were amazing. I didn't know what to do and Unique Restoration came in and got the job done painlessly for me. Then they brought in their construction crew and made my house look brand new again They are the best!!

All went well. Estimate was MUCH lower than other estimate we got. These folks came very highly recommended and they've been great. Showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, cleanly and professionally and the estimated price hasn't gone up at all. 

It was great. They came really fast, but their follow up service calls to check on the drying and arrange the fans were not always timely. They did not always show up when they said they would have.

I heard about them through some other companies, they got a AAA rating with the BBB. They have a pretty good reputation and can do water damage and reconstruction. They're pretty conscientious, they sent people out to check the work.
