Trust Carpet and Tile Care

I hired Trust Carpet with an Amazon Local deal. Paid $89 for up to 5 rooms, but I only had two rooms. They tried to upsell me on an an extra deep cleaning fee for an additional $40. This has happened with every carpet cleaning company I've ever hired, I always reject the extra fee, and it's always fine without it. But this company did such a quick & cursory job, and showed up 30 minutes before our scheduled one-hour window. I wasn't at the house when they arrived (contractor let them in), so by the time I got there they were finishing. The room which they suggested the extra $40 fee looks just fine without the extra service. The living room was done a little sloppily, one area is a little darker and looks like they didn't give it the attention it deserved. Even my contractor remarked how quickly they were in and out. I wouldn't recommend this company. $89 for two rooms should have been given more care than this. Also, communication over the phone was poor and unprofessional.
