Tri-Point Engineering

Tripoint diagnosed multiple problems with my car in the search to uncover what was causing my high KR.  They discovered a leaking intake manifold gasket, cracked exhaust manifold and a plugged cat convertor in my downpipe.  Mark contacted the manufacturer of the downpipe, which had the plugged cat, and was able to get the company to waranty the downpipe at no cost to me. After providing them with a new exhaust manifold, they repaired the vacuum leak in the intake manifold, replaced the exhaust mani and downpipe and all of these combined resolved the KR.
Additionally, I had them install some suspension pieces and have the car aligned.  When I picked up the car, I experienced a strange popping sound and ended up taking the car back for Tripoint to diagnose.  They determined the issue to be a loose motor mount and resolved thte issue at no charge.

OK, I TAKE MY CAR TO THIS PLACE OFTEN BECAUSE I HAVE A ROTARY ENGINE AND IT IS THE ONLY PLACE I KNOW THAT WORKS ON ROTARY ENGINES. BUT THEY TAKE WAY TO LONG DIAGNOSE/START/FINISH THE WORK AND THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH AND MOST OF WHAT THEY CHARGE ME FOR IS NONSENSE. IT IS ALWAYS A MAJOR HASSLE TO TAKE MY CARE TO THESE GUYS.
