The installers started promptly in the early morning and finished the job by 5.00 p.m.  They were very professional and worked diligently until they completed the job.  They did a beautiful job of cleaning up and left us feeling very pleased with our new turf.  It is a quality product which has enhanced the beauty of our home. We would not hesitate to give SynLawn a very high thumbs up!

Great experience and I LOVE the results. Victor is awesome -- came and gave the estimate, helped out with City of L.A. rebate paperwork. Huge crew came the first day to do all the prep work. Smaller crew came the second day to lay the turf and do all the finish work. (Apparently mine was a big job. Smaller jobs might only take one day.) They were all friendly, neat, and professional. And as I said, I'm over-the-moon with the results. It's gorgeous! And it turns out my dog loves it MORE than real grass.  She naps out there now, runs around like crazy throwing her toys up in the air.  And in case you're curious, the pee drains right through with zero smell and the poop comes up even easier than it did on the real grass.  I just love it and wish that I'd done it a long time ago. In fact, I'm now seriously considering doing it in the front yard too! (And I will absolutely use Victor and his crew if I do.)  By the way, don't be scared by the price. The City of L.A. is now paying $3.75 per sq ft for turf removal.  So in my case, that added up to over $5000!!!  So the REAL cost of my project AFTER the rebate is only $8000.  Now think about all the water you save, the mowing you save, the fertilizing, the weeds...   Seems like a bargain to me!  Call Victor and see for yourself. :-)

We had checked 3 providers and decided on Synlawn because of the quality of their most expensive product. It was more luxurious and denser than all the other samples. The crew was hard working, competent and courteous. On the first day they arrived at 730am and removed the existing grass and placed it in a roll away container. They left at about 4pm. The next morning at 6am the container was removed from our property. That the day the crew of 5-6 people prepared the ground and installed most of the lawn in the front and back yard. They left at about 430pm and returned the next morning at 8am. They finished the installation at 1045am. The company had promised to finish the job in 4 days, and it took them less than 2 1/2 days.

A woman walking in front of the house bent down and touched the grass and asked my husband if it was real. The synthetic lawn looks so good that a neighbor and family member have decided to contact Synlawn to get quotes for their lawns as well.

I decided that trying to grow grass in the desert is not for me. I had to reseed my tiny front lawn twice, constantly water it, weed it, etc., and it still kept dying. I decided to get synthetic grass. I got 5 estimates and Synlawn was cheaper by $1,000 to $2,000 than all of them. They seemed like they did good work, so I went with them. Victor came out and gave me an estimate, left me some samples, and answered my questions. I then went about applying for the Socal Waterwise rebate, which you have to do BEFORE you have the work done. As soon as I got my rebate reservation number, I scheduled the install with Synlawn.
The installers were early, and very friendly. They took me through the yard, telling me how they were going to handle the various areas, and answering my questions. I have a wooden fence with concrete around the posts, and they even offered to chip away at it so that the grass could be installed all the way up to the posts. Within an hour or so they had 3 inches of lawn removed. I went to work and let them do their thing. When I got home I was shocked at how good it looked. They installed it perfectly! I won't say you can't tell it's fake, but I don't care. It looks great. My friends came over and they all commented on it. One said, and quot;I knew it was going to look good, but I didn't think it would look this good.and quot; I'm SOOOO happy I did this. No more spending my mornings, nights, and weekends fighting an uphill battle. It looks great and it's maintenance free! Highly recommend.

Synlawn is a top notch company that I actually found on Angie's List. Reading all the positive reviews, I decided to get an estimate. Knowing in the past that there is a minimum sq, ft, requirement, cost was not the biggest factor why I chose Synlawn. Their product and quality of their turf was exactly what I had been looking for. From their sales rep to their workers that put in the lawn, to their wonderful office manager, the project was seamless!
With two dogs I chose the pet friendly turf and it looks amazing real. I am very happy with how my new turf looks, and I highly recommend Synlawn to anyone considering artificial turf.

These guys showed up on time in the morning with a truck full of sand and crushed rock. They leveled the area perfectly and 4 hours later I had a beautiful synthetic lawn area. It was truly one of the best and quickest jobs I've seen. Thank you SynLawn and Victor! We love it!

Their product guarantee was half of what was given by another company, who I decided to go with. The representative was professional and they didn't charge for the estimate. It was just that their product wasn't as good as the other company. They answered the questions and were very patient. They showed up on time and when they were supposed to; they didn't change the date. They probably had to remind me of the appointment and were really good. Their estimate was close to the other companies; they weren't way off.

It is very nice and eco-friendly. I would recommend them to others. I had priced other lawn companies, and they had the best price for the product that they were offering.

We are impressed with the work and the quality. Their responsiveness and punctuality was impressive and their professionalism was excellent. Our experience using this company was a good one and highly recommend this company.

I placed a phone call and within three days a sales rep. came to my home. He measured the area and gave us a quote for two different models of artificial grass. We thought about it for a few days, and finalized the contract through email. We were sent a hard copy contract by mail, and immediately set up a window of time for the job. In the end, they were able to do the job earlier than anticipated. The entire installation from start to finish took less than a day. They were immaculate and did an excellent job. Many neighbors have complimented us on our new lawn. We installed the second best quality of turf that was recommended to us for the job. Where you put the turf and what your needs are dictate the model that you should use. Their products are the high end for artificial turf.

Synlawn did an awesome job on my lawn, it looks beautiful. They did a really good job, very professional and very neat. They could work on their responsiveness a bit. I needed them to come back out to do a power brushing on the lawn and it took forever for them to get back out to do it.
