Where do I start? Rick saved the day! We had hired an appliance installer that day to install our new wall oven and microwave. On the same day, by chance, Rick was here installing the window shades in one of the bathrooms. The so-called appliance installer struggled with the wall oven, finally saying he couldn't install it. Rick overheard, and came into the kitchen and said he had installed appliances for years with Sears, and he could do it! The installer got a big relief look on his face and left! Rick not only installed the wall oven and microwave perfectly, but also repaired the electrical outlet for the garbage disposal that the countertop installers had broken. Rick Brattoli is a gem! I hope all on Angie's List can use him.
