Precision Tree Service

They did a nice clean up job afterwards and all of that. They got a large crew. I like the fact that they had a large crew and worked very professionally.

We spent maybe $500 on that service and we thought that it was very reasonable. We used them a couple of times in the past and they were great. Their prices are pretty good and they are very professional. We would use them again.

I've used them 2 or 3 times over the last 5 years. They are very reputable. Their prices are pretty fair especially for tree trimming. When we first started doing tree trimming at our old house about 10 years ago, they were the most affordable. They are very professional. They are licensed and bonded. We have been really happy with them and they are really good. They also do some school contracts. They have been excellent and we have no negative feedback. They are professional and punctual. They do a really good job of cleanup. They do it really quick and they have a lot of heavy machinery to get the work done fast.

My contact person at Precision was always Fidel, sorry I don't recall his last name. This has been some years ago now, but we had such a good experience with them that I decided to report even though belatedly. He was professional and competent, crews always showed up as arranged, and left the area as tidy as possible given the amount of wood and sawdust that a 60+ ft. tree entails. They were not the cheapest service available, but given the size of the projects I thought it was well worth the cost. Eucalyptus are not really appropriate for a residential landscape, and the previous owners had left many "volunteers" grow all over, in the lawns, flower-beds, etc. The largest one was just huge, the trunk at least 6 feet in diameter, with large branches hanging over both the roof of our house and the adjacent wash. Somehow the Precision crew got it down and out safely.

The job went very well and as agreed. My primary consideration was finding a tree service that carried liability insurance as well as Workers Comp. All of their crew, who were all full-time employees, were covered. My cost was about $500 more than another estimate I received by a service that did not carry the above insurance. The company I used was recommended to me by several neighbors who have used them for many years and have been happy with their service. Also, their equipment was new or near new and in good working condition. Their clean-up could have been a little better under the main pine trees but was certainly acceptable.

Our lemon tree was overgrown with the neighbor's vines and was looking sickly. They trimmed back the overgrowth, trimmed back dead branches on the lemon tree, and explained that the tree was near the end of its life. With their care, the tree is still plugging away.

THEY DID GOOD WORK, THEY DID IT LIKE I ASKED. THEY CAME WHEN I CALLED. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO A FRIEND. IT IS A REASONABLE PRICE. I LIKE THEIR WORK BETTER THAN OTHER PLACES, THESE PEOPLE ARE ARDUOUS. THEY SHAPE WHERE OTHERS JUST CUT DOWN.

THEY WERE SLOW TO ANSWER AND RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS BUT I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. THE TREES LOOK VERY GOOD. I DON'T SEE THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE WORK.
