The first issue I had with Path to Prosperity, after the job was done and the crew were gone, I noticed that aprox 30 decorative bricks were gone. Someone stole my personal property. After threats to report this to local Sheriffs dept they were returned. After that I noticed there were cracks in my driveway where they had parked a large truck full of rocks to do the job. The tire tracks were right there where the cracks were. I showed them to the crew chief, he acknowledged them and said the company would respond. The salesperson came out to the house with a copy of the small print showing I initialed a paragraph that they were not responsible for cracks in my driveway. Yes I did, I never had any concern about cracks in my driveway as they were installing artificial grass. I had over 800 sq foot of artificial grass installed 3 years ago with no issue.. They refused to take any responsibility or liability. So I would say buyer be aware

Very professional throughout the entire project, from sales person to office staff to installers. They kept us informed on what was going on without us chasing them. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up the yard thoroughly. They were also very responsible and replaced a problem area without any issues. It was a very pleasant experience working with this company.

From the salesman, Mark, to the office, Destinee, to the quality of the installation, all was very good. They did what they said they would do, were in and out in one day and left everything clean and neat when they finished the job. Mark and Destinee followed up with information and we knew what and when to expect what was to be done. We were having solar installed and they worked nicely around some date changes that needed to be made.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They check all the boxes: professional, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Mark and his team (especially Destine) were so helpful getting us the information we needed, walking us through our options, scheduling the appointment, and overseeing the installation. I had a small budget project (70 sq/ft condo balcony) but that did not stop them from bending over backwards to accommodate all my needs. From the very beginning when I first contacted them until the final installation, they were incredibly communicative and collaborative. I will be recommending their services to everyone I know. We are extremely happy with our new grass. They did a wonderful job. It was completed in one day. The installers were great. Very hardworking and professional. It is such a pleasure to look outside and see our new backyard. We would definitely recommend them.
