Hardwood Flooring Service, Flooring
We moved here about 3 years ago and we got some bamboo floors done, a local contractor. After about 6 months, it started to cup and there was some discolor in the flooring. We had someone take a look at it because we thought that we had some plumbing issues. Our insurance company advised that it is the flooring. The company came out about 7 months ago and he advised he was going to rip out the old flooring and then lay some new flooring. The company agreed that we pay for the sealant and he would pay for the flooring. We had a verbal agreement and then about 6 months, we haven?t heard anything from him. With this wood, it has to be ordered and then be exposed to the environment of where it is going to be laid. We phoned him every month and then about 2 weeks ago he stated that he is out of the business and is in the clothing industries.
