I have been a regular customer of Mek's Parkside for more than 15 years. My family and I have owned multiple cars over that period and we have received, without exception, exemplary service. Maurice, the proprietor, is conservative with our money. He keeps a database of all of the cars that he cares for, and notes any concerns that might require future service. In this way, we know what to expect in addition to our routine work.
Maurice has done everything on our cars from changing the oil to changing the engine following an accident. He is very accommodating of our schedules. While he has employees, it is my impression that he personally looks at each car to maintain the highest level of quality.
While he is not a discount service provider, I have never felt that the bills I received were unfair or out of line.
I have recommended Mek's parkside repeatedly and will continue to do so.
