It went perfectly well. I called and he answered right away and said he could fit me in within the hour. He showed up as promised and made the repairs, letting me know that my timing was good in that the problem would have gotten worse if I had waited. He was polite, efficient, clean and very professional. this was our 3rd time using him and I would never hesitate to recommend or call him again.

It literally couldn't have gone better. What a lovely person, and what a knowledge base he has accumulated from his many years of work. I could not recommend him more highly. I actually paid him more than he asked for out of sheer gratitude.

He checked several things and told me that the smell had to do with the fact that I had recently had a room in my house painted. He said that there was nothing wrong with the machine and that the smell would go away within a few months. It went away within a week. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and was very knowledgable about my 20 year old machine. I will use him again if the need arises.

He was a lovely man. He said that the ice maker wasn't worth repairing, instead, buying a new one was my best option. I would call him again.

He was about 1/2 hour late. He had the correct part with him and installed it quickly and efficiently.

After he was finished, I noticed that the drier stopped before the clothes were dry. I called him back and he said he would come back. Later he called and said he didn't have the parts and that I should buy a new drier. The drier still works; it just has to be restarted 2 or 3 times to complete drying the clothes.

It went great! Abul Azad lives close to us, so he was able to come by the same day I contacted him. He showed up promptly when he said he would. He researched our type of washing machine and drove back the next day to advise us on how much replacement parts would be. Abul actually printed out the schematics for our exact machine and showed us which parts would need replacing. We decided that repairing the machine was too expensive, so Abul actually refunded half of the service call fee because there wouldn't be any additional repairs or labor costs. We thought that was great and extremely fair. Great experience. I highly recommend Mr. Azad.

SubZero stopped working. I called Maytag-Man.(Abul Azad) I then got it working by manually starting the condenser fan, but I wanted to get an expert opinion. Abul arrived 1/2 hour early. I explained what happened. He explained why the fan motors sometimes give trouble. He said he saw all the tools in my garage and I could probably replace the motor myself. I asked if I should buy the part from him rather than on-line. He said he made no money on the part, so I could buy on-line. He said if I had a future problem, I could call him and he would tell me what to do. He also explained about a couple of other parts that could go out. He worked for Maytag for 20 years before starting his own business 10 years ago. He was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. He said he would only charge me $30 for showing up as he didn't do anything with his tools. I paid him $40. Without hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone.

Service was great...!!! On time and very professional. He really knew what he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!!! He installed the belt and it ran for a day. The belt came off again. He came back out and installed it again at no charge. It came off again the next day. He came back out again. He then figured the real problem was the bearings had just worn out and the tub wouldn't rotate evenly. He advised It could be fixed but would cost almost as much as a new one. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to have us spend money on the old washer. We went out and bought a new washer - dryer set.

His advice on our plumbing situation made the problem easy to remedy.

Excellent. He was punctual, and very thorough with his assessment of the dryer and its motor. Gave us options of a new motor versus a new dryer, and was very fair with his estimates.

Another company's repair was going to take 2 weeks. With Thanksgiving approaching that was not an viable option. I found Abul from a yellow page ad. Abul was professional, polite, punctual, courteous, smart, experienced and honest. He has 15 years as a Maytag Master Technician before they were sold to another company. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and was able to schedule him for that following day. My picky mother-in-law and I are so happy with his exemplary service, professional demeanor and honest fees we are not going to put off fixing other appliances in our households that we have been putting up with.
