They replaced one part but a day later the oven failed again.
I called on a Friday and they promised to get back to me on Monday with a quote to replace the "board". No one ever called so I called the next Wednesday. A man apologized and assured me he would get right on it. I heard nothing. The following Tuesday I followed up yet again. The receptionist assured me that someone would be right with me. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up. They knew my name and phone number so if they had wanted to follow up they would have called. I never got a call.
Kitchens Only is completely unreliable in my book.
