 + -1 moreKEVIN WAS RELIABLE AND EASY TO GET along WITH. HE LISTENED, AND COMMENTED AS TO WHY SUGGESTIONS WOULD, OR WOULD NOT WORK. HE WORKED ALONG SIDE OF HIS PEOPLE, AND DID NOT LET THEM SLACK.
Description of Work: They DREW PLANS FIRST FOR THE BACK Yard. THEY DREW PLANS FOR THE FRONT YARD. After DISCUSSION, WE WENT TO THE NURSERIES. KEVIN KNEW THE VARIOUS FLOWERS, PLANTS, and THE CARE NEEDED, THE COLORS, AND TYPES OF PLANTS THAT WOULD GO WELL.
