Throughout my experience, everyone was extremely friendly and professional, and I am very satisfied with the end result. And, even though my purchase was inexpensive, I was treated with the same dignity and grace as a big customer. They even removed and disposed of the old curtains/hardware at no additional charge.

We went to the offices to see samples of how the shades look installed.  Going there cemented our feelings for this company.
Sam was very knowledgeable.  We ordered the shades and paid a deposit.  They were made and installed perfectly.  We questioned ourselves as to whey we waited so long.  We would use them in the future and would recommend Sam and his company to everyone.

Sam, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about his products, and has a large selection to choose from.  The shades were installed by Sam in a timely manner, and when one did not fit exactly, he promptly ordered a new one.  The replacement shade arrived quickly and Sam was back to install it at once.  We are extremely pleased with the service and the product.

They were outstandingly good. They understood our needs and, as professionals, they could anticipate issues we couldn't foresee & suggest alternatives. They were very professional, candid, easy to communicate with & responsive. They are a small, family-owned shop and provide good, old-fashion service that they are (rightfully!) proud of; they provide the kind of attention that larger places just can?t or care to give and they genuinely want you to be happy with their products/service.

Pricing: They are probably priced higher than other places, but they were very honest and they take the time to understand your needs. I don't mind paying extra for professional expertise which, unfortunately, is very rare these days.

Rehire? Absolutely! Once the mediocre window coverings the other vendor installed in the rest our home disintegrate, we're definitely calling Kara Windows.

Sam was very personable and professional.  He was contacted on a quote for wooden shutters in four bedrooms and a blackout curtain in one.  His bid was the lowest, but he was chosen for his product and professionalism.  The wooden shutters and the black out curtains were delivered on the week promised.  Work was done quickly and neatly.  Indeed, even the drill hole dust was cleaned up.  I would use him again, but I don't anticipate changing window dressings for a while.

Mark (head installer) came out and installed vertical blinds in each of my windows.  Mark was extremely professional and friendly, and installed everything beautifully.  I had a great experience with Kara Window Coverings - from start to finish.  (I'd had a bad experience with a blinds company I'd used in the past, so it was refreshing to have such a positive experience with Kara.)  They've been in business for many years.  Give them a call!  You won't be disappointed.
