Perfect. They were fast, efficient and on time. Installed as promised.

Have used Kappl for years for routine service and repairs. They recently replaced my A/C and furnace and, as always, they were professional, prompt and extremely informative during the whole process. They also totally cleaned up the work area when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them.

The faulty fuse had to be changed and the whole process was done in a very efficient manner.

It went all right. They showed up on time and serviced the one unit that was working poorly and began the work on replacing the other failed unit. Tech Tony Leon was particularly helpful. The installation and final setup of the replacement unit took a day longer than I expected. Kevin in the office was willing to give me a slight discount for all the work--3.5%.

Fixed the problem...so far so good...

Tony Leon was the tech from Kappl and he is a real pro. Not only is he extremely knowledgable but his customer service ethic is A+++. Call Kappl and be sure to ask for Tony. You won't be disappointed.

KAPPL sent an excellent technician. Not only Tony Leon was able to do all his maintenance job as expected but he also helped me moving the boxes that were blocking the way to the equipment and then back again to put everything back. Very courteous and professional.

Tony Leon, technician showed up spot on time. Appointment window was 10:30-12:30 and he was parked in front of my house at 10:25. Clean, efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest !. What more do you want?

What a joy it is to work with ALL of the professional Kappl staff! Kevin walked us through the Trane options we were interested in, Hero Financing and energy rebates we qualified for. Christine at the office is terrific, always answering questions and calling back when she says she will. As installations of the systems and duct replacement took place, our questions were answered thoroughly, especially when it came to the new thermostat. Everyone was freindly, considerate and cleaned up afterwards. Tony Leon was just here for our winter servicing showing up with a smile and as friendly as everyone else at Kappl. He noticed that we didn't have carbon monoxide detectors which was the reminder I needed to take them out of the closet and install them! All in all a wonderful bunch of people to continue doing business with.

Tony arrived well within the appointment time frame and he was friendly and thorough. He wore covers on his shoes whenever he was inside the house. He was up in out attic for a long time checking the wiring and ducts as well. We are very satisfied with Kappl and have recommended them to our friends. I also appreciate their working with our schedule and preferred day for our service. Thank you Christine and Tony.

if you are seeking professionalism with fair prices I believe KAAPL is  an excellent choice for your A/C needs.  In  2011, I installed a new a/c system, after maintenance services I have now decided to change the insulation and re-do the air ducts.  I am not seeking any other bids for these services because I believe KAAPL is truly a professional company which totally is willing to accommodate your needs.

It was a hot summer Friday late at night when we put our daughter to bed realizing that the A/C was leaking through the roof of her bedroom, saturating the ceiling and carpet! Kappl was the only one who called us back that night and said that they could be here to fix it first thing the next morning (Saturday)! They were on time, professional, and even showed us photos of the A/C conditions in the attic. I am so grateful for a company like this who will treat our "emergency" situation promptly!

Kappl went above and beyond the call of duty!  Christine came to our house over Labor Day weekend to deliver and install a new air filter at no charge!  Kappl really cares about their customers!  Jason M. did all the work at our house and he took before and after pictures of everything.  He's a total Pro and showed me that the area below the furnace wasn't insulated.  I've had three other heating & air conditioning people here over the years and noone told me that.  Jason totally improved the quality of our life by improving the quality of our air!  Jason M. is knowledgeable, professional, patient, courteous, and thorough.  He used his time efficiently which only a skilled professional can do.  He was patient in explaining everything to us.  We felt in good hands.  And the office staff is nice, too!  I can't repeat enough times how professional this company is!!! 
We were so pleased that we signed a Maintenance agreement. 

We had a very old air conditioner, and the furnace was getting pretty old. The AC has gone out the last two summers and we kept band-aiding it to try to prolong its life. Last year, we called three providers for estimates on a new AC. The company we normally used for repairs took awhile to get back to us and spent very little time assessing the situation, and gave us a sort of off-the-cuff estimate. Another company didn't return our calls. The technician from KAPPL (who was recommended by a friend) was extremely professional, did a thorough job providing us options at different price points, and was just really nice. Although we decided we didn't have the money to go forward last year, when we decided to replace the AC this year, we went straight to KAPPL.
Initially, we thought we might just try to replace the AC and maybe get a new coil. But Dan was able to put together a package that included everything - a new AC and furnace - for almost the same price, so we went for that. He told us about different options for higher efficiency, add-ons, etc., but didn't try to strong-arm us into buying more than we could afford. They even provided financing. When they started the installation, they found some faulty wiring, and were able to fix that for $500. They also installed a great new WIFI thermostat that was really easy to program, and we can change the setting remotely from an app on our phones. The air conditioning in our house is so much better and more efficient than before, and the system is very quiet.
Everyone we talked to at KAPPL, from the sales person, to the lady who schedules appointments and does billing, to the workers, were very friendly and professional. Such nice people! They made the experience a good one, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning work.

The service went real well and was completed within 2-1/2 hours.  I will use them again to service the furnace this Fall and again if the air-conditioning needs it.

This company deserves an "A+" for "professionalism" and "responsiveness."  The owner himself came to bid the job.  He made sure that all my questions about Trane equipment were thoroughly answered.  After I obtained other bids and decided that Kappl provided the highest level of service for the money, the owner discussed the proposed work extensively with  me to make certain that I was buying what I needed and wanted.  He also scaffolded the necessary decisions for an energy upgrade program.
All of the people who work for the company are punctual, and the phone and email responsiveness is just superb.  Every effort is made to see that the customer's convenience is suited.  Three different employees provided training for me on the complex new thermostat, for example.  Another plus is that  the technicians are so very clean and so careful about the homeowners' property.
Each of them is willing to answer questions, and to go the extra mile to obtain answers.

They were on time, on budget and very helpful in explaining how to maintain the unit.

Kappl installed my heating/air unit a few years ago and they've never let me down with
maintenance/check ups!  I just had them out for a check up.  Jason was the very nice,
very professional technician who serviced my unit.  My unit did need a little touch up
work and Jason was very thorough in going over everything with me.  He took pictures
to show me what needed to be done (my unit is on the roof) and went over every detail
with me.  He also gave me some very good suggestions of things I didn't have to do
but as they were things that would help me out in the long run (ie a surge protector)
I chose to do them.
When I scheduled my appointment with Kapple, they sent me an email reminder with
a photo of Jason and a photo of a backup technician in the event Jason couldn't make
it.  I think this is an excellent practice!
I highly, highly recommend Kapple for all of your heating/air needs!!!

I found this provider for my Dad.  My Dad says the service man showed up exactly on time.  Since this was the first time Kappl serviced my A/C equipment, he spent two hours making sure everything was in perfect order.  He even washed the three filter components of the electrostatic air purifier.  He found the problem with the purifier and fixed it.  It is running fine now.  Overall pleasant experience
