Generally well. Generally on time. The tile work itself was excellent, as was the demolition of the shower and repair of the shower pan. (The hot mop work on the shower pan, and the setting of the toilets and replacement of the shower valve were subcontracted out. New shower doors were not part of the bargain and are not included in the above price. The plumbing materials were purchased separately and are included. But, do not have Jerry replace molding around a doorway. (The leaking shower pan had caused dry rot in the molding surrounding two doors.) The doors no longer fit as his "pound it in" method narrowed the door frame and ruined one set of hinges. (My "door guy" planed the hinge side of each door and replaced the mangled hinges.) Similarly, do not have him install grab bars, as left to his own devices the screws will be stripped out because he screws them in with a drill that overpowers the screw heads.) So, the net of this: the floors and shower look great, and we're very pleased. And the price was very fair. But do any peripheral work yourself or hire others to do it.
Description of Work: Retiled the master bath (floor, shower) and guest bath (floor only) including replacing toilets.
