Poor service, no responsibility for their mistakes and errors,
questionable ethics, and a "we don't give a d***" attitude. And when
you challenge them on something their owner Rich Jacoby - a former LAPD
- simply responds with threats and intimidation. Look somewhere else
for both landscaping/hardscaping work and for on-going monthly lawn and
gardening services!
