Very well. Jay provided a quote for the neighbor and one for us, handling the payment from each separately. The quote was modified a bit at least once as it was decided to use a better grade of wood.
The workers were on time and worked very steadily.
Both fences were completed within the 2-3 day time estimate that had been provided.
Jay-Birds also hauled away all the old fencing from the backyard. The only thing that wasn't taken away (which we found later) were large nails (and a lot of them). We let Jay know that those were missed.
The finished product (both fences) are great. Since we have 2 dogs, having solid fencing is especially important.
Overall, a very positive experience and we have since recommended Jay to another friend.
